RESOLUTION NO. 2001-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS AND
SILVER CREEK, INC., FOR THE 2001 BOND PROJECT: PAVEMENT
REHABILITATION SILICONE JOINT AND CRACK SEALING; IN THE
AMOUNT OF $54,250; PROVIDING THAT THE EXECUTION OF SUCH
CONTRACT IS CONTINGENT UPON SILVER CREEK, INC. MEETING
ALL REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THE BID SPECIFICATIONS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town'), is a Type A General Law
Municipality located in Denton County, Texas, created in accordance with the provisions of the
Texas Local Government Code and operating pursuant to the enabling legislation of the State of
Texas; and
WHEREAS, the Town issued a request for proposals and accepted bids for the 2001
Bond Project: Pavement Rehabilitation Silicone Joint and Crack Sealing in accordance with
Texas Local Government Code Chapter 252; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council hereby authorizes the execution of a contract between
the Town and Silver Creek, Inc., for the 2001 Bond Project: Pavement Rehabilitation Silicone
Joint and Crack Sealing.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor of the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
is hereby authorized to execute a contract between the Town and Silver Creek, Inc. for the 2001
Bond Project: Pavement Rehabilitation Silicone Joint and Crack Sealing for the bid award
amount of $54, 250.
Section 2. That the execution of such contract is contingent upon Silver Creek, Inc.
meeting all requirements set forth in the bid specifications.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect from
accordance with law, and it is so resolved.
