RESOLUTION NO. 2002 - 01
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH FIRST FINANCIAL BANK AS A
DESIGNATED DEPOSITORY FOR FUNDS FROM THE SALE OF BONDS
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS; DESIGNATING TERMS OF THE
AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE
ACCOUNT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, does hereby desire to
designate the First Financial Bank of Trophy Club as the depository for the Construction Fund from
the sale of bonds for street improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, or his designee, is hereby
authorized to execute an agreement with First Financial Bank of Trophy Club designating such
institution as the depository for the Construction Fund from the sale of bonds for street
improvements.
Section 2. That a copy of the agreement providing account information, terms and
conditions, and designating authorized town representatives for the account is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if copied in its entirety.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of passage in
accordance with law. and it is so resolved.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, this
