RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 06
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING A CITIZEN TO ONE (1) SEAT ON THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR A SIX-MONTH TERM; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
A. JAMES H. STEPHENS
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government
through service on Town Committees.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following individual
is to be designated and is hereby duly appointed for a term of six months, expiring on June 30,
2002, in the capacity as set out herein:
Planning & Zoning Commission
1) James H. Stephens
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
this 18TH day of February, 2002. -
