RESOLUTION NO. 2002 - 25
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS, APPOINTING ONE (1) SEAT ON THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION 4B FOR A ONE-YEAR TERM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government through
service on Town Committees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following individual is to
be designated and is hereby duly appointed to complete a one year term, expiring June 30, 2003, in the
capacity as set out herein:
Economic Development Corporation 4B (2003)
1) Doyle Nicholson
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of passage in
accordance with law. �-
