RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 40
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING A CITIZEN TO ONE (1) SEAT
ON THE PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE FOR A ONE (1) YEAR
TERM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government
through service on Town Committees; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following individual
is to be designated and are hereby duly appointed for the remainder of a one (1) year term, expiring
on June 30, 2002, in the capacity as set out herein:
Public Relations Committee
I ) Michael G. Mavias
.Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
