RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -34
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS, APPOINTING TWO (2) CITIZENS TO TWO (2) SEATS ON THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR A TWO (2) YEAR TERM EXPIRING ON JUNE 30,
2005; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, benefits by having its citizens involved in local
government through service on Town Committees; and
WHEREAS, the Trophy Club Town Council is charged with the responsibility for making
appointments to Boards, Commissions and Committees serving the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town Council hereby appoints the following individuals to serve on the
Planning and Zoning Commission, with a term of service that expires on June 30, 2005:
Planning & Zonin2 Commission
1) Jim Moss
2) John Rodgers
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of passage in
accordance with law.
