RESOLUTION NO. 2004 —12 P&Z
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING ONE (1) CITIZEN TO ONE (1)
SEAT ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR THE
REMAINDER OF THE UNEXPIRED TERM EXPIRING ON JUNE 30,
2004; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, benefits by having its citizens involved in
local government through service on Town Committees; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that
the following individual is to be designated and is hereby duly appointed to complete a term,
expiring June 30, 2004 in the capacity as set out herein:
Planning & Zonin,2 Commission
Bill Bradley
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
