RESOLUTION NO.2004 -14
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB,TEXAS,APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2005 FINANCIAL PLAN
OF THE DENCO AREA 9-1-1 DISTRICT,PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS
HEAL TH AND SAFETY CODE,CHAPTER 772,AS AMENDED;AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club,Texas,has been
presented the Fiscal Year 2005 Financial Plan of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District for approval,
in accordance with Section 772.309 of the Texas Health and Safety Code,as amended.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,TEXAS:
Section 1.That the Town of Trophy Club,Texas,hereby approves the Fiscal Year
2005 Financial Plan of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District.
Section 2.That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
