RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -06
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING ONE (1) CITIZEN TO ONE (1) SEAT ON THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION B FOR THE REMAINDER OF
THE UNEXPIRED TERM EXPIRING ON JUNE 30,2004; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government
through service on Town Committees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following
individual s to be designated and is hereby duly appointed to complete a one year term, expiring
June 30, 2004 in the capacity as set out herein:
Economic Development Corporation 4B
William Devlin
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Councf the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
this 19th day of January, 2004.
