RES 2005-16RESOLUTION NO. 2005 - 16
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING THREE (3) CITIZENS
TO THREE (3) SEATS ON THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION A COMMITTEE FOR A TWO YEAR TERM
EXPIRING ON JUNE 30,2007; OR A TWO (2) YEAR TERM; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government
through service on Town Committees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following
individuals to both be designated and is hereby duly appointed to complete a two year term,
expiring June 30, 2007 in the capacity as set out herein:
Economic Development Corporation 4A
1. Gary Cantrell (June 30, 2007)
2. Matthew Graham (June 30, 2007)
3. T Dwight Morrow (June 30,2007)
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
this 18" day of July, 2005.
