RESOLUTION NO. 2005 - 17
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COLJNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLITB, TEXAS, APPOINTING CITIZENS TO THREE (3)
SEATS TO SERVE ON THE TREE BOARD; DESIGNATING
TERMS OF SERVICE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, benefits by having its citizens
involved in local government through service on Boards; and
WHEREAS, the Trophy Club Town Council is charged with the responsibility of
malung appointments to Boards serving the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town Council hereby appoints the following individuals
to serve on the Tree Board as indicated, with a term of service that expires in the year
specifically provided below:
TREE BOARD
Darin Davis (June 30,2007)
Steven Kohs (June 30,2007)
Rick Merrill (June 30,2007)
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club,
