TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
RESOLUTION NO. 2010-09
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE OF
THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS NOMINATING
ONE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE REGIONAL
TRANSPORTATION COUNICL; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Regional Transportation Council (RTC) Bylaws
and Operation Procedures state that "The person representing a group of
several cities shall be selected by mayors/county judges using a weighted
vote of maximum of the daytime or nighttime population of the
cities/counties represented"; and
WHEREAS, the Towns of Trophy City and Flower Mound and
Cities of Lewisville, Roanoke and the The Colony share a seat on the
Regional Transportation Council
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN
COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. The Town of Trophy Club hereby nominates
Rudy Durharr ,as a representative to the Regional
Transportation Council and Allen Harris , as the alternate.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after
the date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas on this the ih day of June 2010.
