A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, REPEALING RESOLUTION NOS. 2008-12 AND 2009-12
APPOINTING TO\NN COUNCIL LIAISONS FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION 4A, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION 4B AND
PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD AND RESOLUTION NO. 2009-19
APPOINTING CITIZENS TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS AND ADOPTING
A NEW RESOLUTION MAKING ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS; PROVIDING FOR
THE APPOINTMENTS OF BOTH CITIZEN VOLUNTEERS AND TOWN
COUNCIL LIAISONS, TO SERVE ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION 4A, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION 4B,
PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD, PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION, TI~EE BOARD, AND ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT;
APPOINTING ONE (1) COUNCIL MEMBER LIAISON TO SERVE THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION 4A, ONE (1) COUNCIL
MEMBER LIAISON TO SERVE THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION 4B, AND ONE (1) TO SERVE THE PARKS AND
RECREATION BOARD; AND DESIGNATING TERMS OF SERVICE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, benefits by having its citizens
involved in local government through service on Boards and Commissions; and
WHEREAS, the Trophy Club Town Council is charged with the responsibility of
making appointments to the Boards and Commissions serving the Town whose terms
are expiring and to replace members who have resigned; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club adopted Resolution No . 2008-12 on May
19 , 2008 appointing one (1) Town Council Liaison to serve on the Economic
Development Corporation 4B ; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club adopted Resolution No. 2009-12 on July 6,
2009 appointing one (1) Town Council Liaison to serve on the Economic Development
Corporation 4A, and appointing one (1 ) Town Council Liaison to serve on the Parks and
Recreation Board; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club adopted Resolution No. 2009-19 on
September 28, 2009 appointing citizens to serve on EDC 4A, EDC 4B, Parks and
Recreation Board, Plalnning and Zoning Commission, Tree Board and Zoning Board of
Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, by passage of this Resolution, the Town Council hereby repeals
Resolution Nos. 2008-12, 2009-12 and 2009-19 in their entirety and adopts this
Res. 2010-22 (File 10 2010-523-T)
Resolution making new citizen volunteer and Town Council Liaison appointments for all
Boards and Commissions and reaffirming current appointments as specifically provided
below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Resolution Nos. 2008-12 , 2009-12 and 2009-19 J are repealed
in their entirety .
Section 2. That the Town Council hereby appoints the following individuals to
serve on Boards and Commissions with respective terms of service ending on
September 30 of the year specified below for each individual :

Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with the law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club,
