RESOLUTION NO. 2011-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, NOMINATING ONE MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF MANAGERS OF THE DENCO AREA 9-1-1 DISTRICT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 772, Health and Safety Code, provides that two voting
members of the Board of Managers of an Emergency Communications District shall be
appointed jointly by all cities and towns lying wholly or partly within such District; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, hereby nominates Olive
Stephens as a member of the Board of Managers for the Denco Area 9-1-1 Emergency
Communication District.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas, this 6th day of June, 2011.
