RESOLUTION NO. 2012-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2012-09 TO
DESIGNATE A CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR FOR THE CHARTER REVIEW
COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on April 16, 2012, the Town adopted Resolution No. 2012-09
appointing a Charter Review Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Charter Review Commission had its organizational meeting on
June 25, 2012; and
WHEREAS, at the Charter Review Commission's organizational meeting, they
voted to designate one member to serve as Chair and one member to serve as Vice
Chair; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council having considered those nominations, has
determined it appropriate to amend Resolution No. 2012-09 to identify one Charter
Review Commission member to serve as the Chair and to designate one Charter
Review Commission member to serve as the Vice Chair.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are found to be true and correct and are
incorporated herein as if written word for word.
Section 2. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby
amend Section 7 of Resolution No. 2012-19 to be and read in its entirety as follows:
At the direction of the Town Council, the CRC shall consist of the following
residents of the Town of Trophy Club.

3. Larry Mundy
4. Bert Miller

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage
in accordance with law.
